The mayor of Loíza , Julia Nazario Fuentes , reported today, Wednesday, that specialized personnel will carry out a complete process of disinfection of the mayor's house after two employees tested positive for COVID-19 .
Nazario Fuentes added that regular work in the town hall will resume this Friday.
“Already on Friday we returned to regular work and the people who tested positive started the regulatory quarantine process. Previously we had similar cases in the Municipal Police Headquarters and the application of the protocol has been rigorous, with positive results, ”said Nazario Fuentes through written communication.
“As part of the process, we do contact tracing with all personnel who may have had any contact with those affected and their families, so that tests are carried out immediately,” added the mayor.
