Prescott had one last chance. He led the Cowboys to the Seattle 22-yard line but was caught by rookie Alton Robinson in the second down and Dallas was forced to use his last timeout with 16 seconds remaining. On third down, Prescott sent a desperate pass to the end zone that was intercepted by Ryan Neal.
