Miami Heat star baskets Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic will see no action in Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers after injuring themselves in Game 1 of the championship series, ESPN reported.
The Lakers dominated the first game 116-98 and are looking for a 2-0 lead tonight.
Adebayo, All-Star center, had to leave the action in the first game due to pain in his left shoulder. Miami hopes to have him for Game 3 on Sunday.
Adebayo could only score eight points and grab four rebounds in 21 minutes.
Dragic, meanwhile, came out of the first game in the second half due to a torn left plantar fascia. It is unknown if he will be out for the rest of the final.
Adebayo and Dragic are averaging 19.7 and 18.6 points, respectively, in the NBA postseason. Miami, the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference, is in its first league final since 2014.
