Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his wife Jill tested negative for COVID-19 after learning of President Donald Trump's infection.
On Tuesday night, Biden participated with Trump in the first presidential debate leading up to the November elections, in Cleveland. They were both within ten feet of each other and were not wearing masks. The debate lasted more than 90 minutes.
It was unclear if Biden will appear at his scheduled campaign rallies later on Friday. The Democrat's campaign team is expected to announce Biden's test results and his travel plans later Friday.
