Dubai – Yasmine El Tohamy – Egyptian powerhouse, Al Ahly, have decided to call-up their full team for their Club World Cup campaign, set to take place in Qatar in February.
Al Ahly have recently discovered their expected FIFA Club World Cup journey, where they will face Qatari champions and hosts Al-Duhail in the second round. The Red Devils will kick-off their campaign on the 4th at the Education City Stadium.
The team will travel its full squad and will decide on the squad 24 hours before the tournament, according the club’s sporting director Sayed Abdelhafiz.
Al Ahly legendary goalkeeper, Ahmed Shobeir, had revealed that the club is thinking of including him in their Club World Cup squad.
Zakaria was diagnosed with the rare neurological disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), in 2019 and hasn’t made any official appearance since 2018.
